CNC Maintenance Technician

Hours:  Continental - 7:30-7:30 Days/Nights 

- work every 2 days on, 2 off, every other Fri-Sun off

Wages:  $28/hr

Duties:

 

  1. CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance of the CNC equipment.
  2. Install, maintain, and service CNC Equipment
     Performs preventative and predictive maintenance
     Ensure quality control and quality assurance
    90%
     Other relevant tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

 

  • Completion of High school or equivalent
  • Formal education related to Industrial Maintenance would be an asset
  • 3-5 years experience with CNC machines
  • Experiencetroubleshooting Fanuc Controls/PLC’s/AC and DC servo motors and drives, a must
  •  Experience with electro-hydraulics and electro- pneumatics troubleshooting
  •  Ability to read and interpret schematics
  •  Own tools and measuring equipment
  •  Communication and computer skills
  •  Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  •  Work under tight deadline pressures, with attention to details
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  •  Be a team player – listens and considers input from others
  •  Must be a hands on and self starter
  •  Good verbal/written communication skills, positive attitude, ability to demonstrate effort to troubleshoot and make improvements to job-related processes
  •  Experience working in a Lean environment
  •  Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
  •  Good attention to detail and results oriented
  •  Strong sense of teamwork within group and across organization.
