Wash Bay Attendant/Driver

Avis is looking for motivated, reliable and safe drivers to join their team!

This position includes washing rental cars and driving them to various locations in the Kitchener-Waterloo area for pick-up/drop-off for customers.
Positions are part time. Hours may vary based on your schedule availability and business needs.

Work Hours:

• Part time hours
• Hours may vary depending on business requirements
• Schedule based on availability
  • Thursday – 8:00am-2:00pm 
  • Friday - 8:00am-2:00pm 
  • Saturday - 8:00am-1:00pm
  • Sunday – 9:00am-1:00pm 
  • Monday - 8:00am-2:00pm 

Wage/Salary:

• $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Washing exteriors of rental vehicles
• Cleaning and detailing interiors of rental vehicles
• Inspecting and documenting any damages
• Driving vehicles to and from 3 locations in Kitchener-Waterloo area
• Parking vehicles
• Occasional customer shuttle service (driving customers)

Skills:

• Physically able to bend, twist, stand, sit and crouch during car washing and detailing
• Attention to fine detail
• Able to legibly document numbers (ie. odometer readings, gas levels, etc.)
• Able to read, write and speak fluent English
• Provide high level professionalism and customer service
• Reliable, excellent attendance and on time
• Self-motivated and takes initiative with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Valid G Drivers License
• Driver’s Abstract to be provided upon hire
• Criminal Record Check
• Safe driver
