Durisol Ltd. are the leading noise wall barrier manufacturer in Ontario. We make those wall panels you see on the sides of highways and busy roads to help reduce traffic noise for the people who live near by. We have lots of contracts to fulfill and are looking for more General Labourers to help us meet demands.

Work Hours:

• Rotating bi-weekly day and afternoon shifts
• Days – 6:00am-2:30pm
• Afternoons – 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Overtime as available

Wage/Salary:

• $20.00/hr starting wage
• $1000 signing bonus
• $1.00/hr shift premium for afternoons

Responsibilities:

• Follow Mitchell Precast work instructions to ensure safe work practices and quality products
• Rake, level, tamp and screen concrete
• Place and check rebar in the product to specification
• Unload product
• Clean molds and batching equipment
• Train and assist other hourly employees as required
• Any other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Foreman/Lead Hand

 Qualifications:

 No experience required as full training is provided

• Must meet attendance expectations and show up everyday and on time for your scheduled shift
• Must be able to push, pull & lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
• Be reliable, punctual and a good team player and able to work both shifts
• Able to follow through reliably on instructions and know when to ask questions
• Preferred skills: Able to read blueprints, accurately read measurements, strong math skills
