  • Form and mould precast concrete walls, plates, stairs and other products
  • Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions
  • Interpret blueprints and cut lists to setup custom concrete products
  • Place and finish concrete, setting various forms with materials such as wood, concrete, and steel
  • Trowel, wipe, and clean finished products to approved standards
  • Utilize various hand and power tools
  • Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
  • Carpentry when building products
  • Clean, sweep, and shovel concrete, including cleaning an industrial size concrete mixer
  • Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications
  • Meet or exceed the daily schedule


Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs
  • Experience working with precast concrete (considered an asset)
  • Basic hand and power tool experience (asset)
  • Experience interpreting blueprints (specifically precast blueprints)
  • Certifications in Forklift and Overhead Crane an asset
  • Strong work ethic
  • Punctual
  • Able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
  • Able to trouble shoot and persevere through tasks
