Positions: 

 

Breakfast Attendant

Reports to:  Food & Beverage Supervisor/General Manager

Shifts: Full Time and Part Time

Weekends and Week Days 5AM-Finish (1:00PM)

Pay $16.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet as required by brand standards
  • Food Prep, Presentation, and Buffet Maintenance
  • Maintain the breakfast area cleanliness condition during the hours of operation
  • Check the cleaning frequency chart and do the required cleaning each day.
  • Function as a pleasant, hospitable host by greeting guests and offering assistance.

 

Food and Beverage Attendant (Dinner)

Reports to:  Food & Beverage Supervisor/General Manager

Shifts: Full Time and Part Time

Weekends and Week Days 12:00PM-10:00PM (8 Hour shifts in this time period)

Pay $16.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Responsible for serving and or cooking light simple meals from our menu
  • Food Prep, Presentation, and Buffet Maintenance
  • Maintain the dining area cleanliness condition during the hours of operation
  • Check the cleaning frequency chart and do the required cleaning each day.
  • Smart Serve
  • Function as a pleasant, hospitable host by greeting guests and offering assistance.
  • Bar tending
  • Banquet Serving

 

Banquet Porter

Reports to:  Food & Beverage Supervisor/General Manager

Shifts: Full Time and Part Time

Weekends and Week Days 6:00AM-12:00AM (8 Hour shifts in this time period)

Pay $16.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Set up of meeting room spaces
  • Can lift chairs, tables and set up according to floor plan provided by Sales department
  • Food Prep, Presentation, and Buffet Maintenance
  • Maintain the meeting room cleanliness condition during the hours of operation
  • Check the cleaning frequency chart and do the required cleaning each day.
  • Smart Serve
  • Function as a pleasant, hospitable host by greeting guests and offering assistance.
  • Audio Visual experience (set up, and tech support for meeting clients)
  • Banquet Serving

 

Housekeeping

Reports to:  Housekeeping Supervisor/General Manager 

Shifts: Full Time and Part Time

Weekends and Week Days 8:00AM-4:00PM or 10:00AM-6:00PM

Pay $16.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • English Language Knowledge Required

 

Front Desk Agent

Reports to:  Front Office Supervisor/General Manager 

Shifts: Full Time and Part Time

Weekends and Week Days 7:00AM-3:00PM or 3:00PM-11:00PM

Pay $16.25 per hour

EXPERIENCED FRONT DESK AGENT ONLY NEED APPLY

-       must have previous hotel front desk experience

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: a) all hotel features/services, hours of operation. b) All room rates, special packages and promotions. c) Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures. d) Scheduled daily group activities.
  • Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies.
  • Keep bank secure at all times.
  • Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
  • Process all guest check-ins.
  • Verify registration card information with the guest.
  • Obtain back-up information for guest credit/payment method and input into system; collect cash when designated.
  • Direct Bell Person to escort guest and transport their luggage to the room.
  • Handle overbooked or walked in guests.
  • Accept and record wake-up call requests.
  • Monitor, send and distribute guest faxes.
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery).
  • Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
  • Match the bucket check to in-house guest ledger report; report discrepancies to Manager.
  • Process all check-outs.
  • Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, miscellaneous charges.

Work Experience

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Basic computer skills required.

 

Houseman – Part time

Reports to: Front Office Manager/General Manager

Pay $16.00 per hour

Weekends 3:00PM-11:00PM

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient cleaning, daily service, sanitation, stocking and support of assigned area
  • Daily vacuum, dusting, polishing, high dusting/cleaning, garbage removal, carpet shampooing
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings as needed
  • Daily landscaping duties including watering and maintaining flower and plants
  • Process delivery duty
  • Training for light maintenance job and room cleaning when needed
  • Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned and deemed appropriate by management
  • May perform other related duties as required
