Part-time Customer Service Rep

Schedule:

4-8 hour shifts. (must be flexible to cover other employees vacation 

time or days off.)

Day shift only no evenings

Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: $17.25-$19.00 per hour

Job Duties:

Assist customers with questions over the phone or email.

Assist customers in placing orders over the phone.

Update and maintain logs of important internal information.

Learn about the product lines sold in our retail outlet, Assist customers in the store. Receive inventory, and be able to handle cash and navigating sales program and adding new product to computer..

Skills / Qualifications required:

Customer service (phone/email): 1 year (minimum--only phone and email experience is considered)

Ability to build a friendly, professional rapport with customers and fellow employees..

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Appropriate phone and email etiquette.

Experience with computers.

Experience with handling cash and credit card transactions.

Motivated and willing to take initiative.

Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds.

Willingness to learn other area of service including repairing or replacing parts in customer products.

Reliable transportation to work

Previous retail and/or sales and service background a definite asset.

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

COVID-19 considerations:

All staff must be fully vaccinated
