Work Hours:

• Full Time Hours during Spring/Summer
• Must be available to work weekends

Wage/Salary:

• $18.00 - $21.00  per hour

Responsibilities:

As a line cook you are responsible to prepare and deliver, prep and stock Breakfast and Lunch, while providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy hotel restaurant.

You will also undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis and take full responsibility and accountability for all shifts. Additionally, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• Be experienced in areas of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment operation
• Be accurate, consistent and organized
• Be committed to cleanliness and making effective impact

• Food Handler’s Certificate
