Full-time Work from Home - Customer Service

Your role at a glance:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that cell phone service contracts are respected and resolve any fraudulent activity related to customer accounts. This is the ideal position for anyone who likes to solve problems and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Here's what your day will look like:

In this role, you will:

• Prevent, investigate and resolve fraudulent activity on customer accounts;

• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and perform validation of mobility products;

• At all times, provide a courteous and quality service during your interactions with the customer. Here's what you need to join the team:

• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and problem-solving are your strengths!

• Ability to work in a computerized environment and to perform various tasks simultaneously; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this in more detail with our recruiting team.
