Stance Healthcare has immediate openings for Production Associate for our Kitchener facility for the day shift.

Position Summary:

The Production Associates in our Pre-Production Department are integral members of the Stance Healthcare Production team.  As a member of this department, the Production Associate must be adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be able to communicate in a professional manner with all other teams, including but not limited to: Assembly, Sewing, Upholstery, and Warehouse.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

• Read instructions and work orders to follow established procedures
• Take precise measurements to ensure components have a perfect fit
• Glue foam pieces to wooden components using a spray gun
• Check finished parts to ensure quality
• Maintain equipment to ensure it remains in good working order
• Keep records of production quantities and times
• Report production issues, equipment malfunction and/or defective parts
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Secondary Duties

• Cross-train in other areas as required
• Select hardware according to measurements and specifications
• Affix webbing materials to frames using a staple gun
• Other duties as assigned
