Pearle Hospitality is seeking chefs to join our diverse and enthusiastic team of hard working and passionate individuals. We have full-time and part-time positions available.


  • Good knife skills
  • Able to follow instruction and complete jobs in a timely manner
  • Basic understanding of professional kitchen systems
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is an asset
  • Able to work well independently and as a team
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Organized with a strong focus and commitment to quality
  • Must have an understanding of written and spoken English
  • Hardworking, dependable and reliable
  • Passion for quality ingredients
  • Up to date on current trends, dishes and chefs in the industry

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to tolerate standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment

Professional Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a line cook (Preferred)
  • Culinary students welcome to apply
