This position involves all aspects of plumbing and much more.

Lautus Water Systems / Schellenberg Contracting is a firm that is involved in residential renovation work as well as looking after various plumbing customers and contracts.

We are looking for someone with a broad skill set who is stimulated by completing a wide variety of tasks. A benefit of working with us is the diversity of projects and tasks that make up the every day. Plumbers will complete the plumbing work on our own renovation projects as well as various other plumbing tasks which might include, repair work, small commercial plumbing installations, water treatment maintenance. 

Wages :dependant on experience and credentials $34 - $40.00 per hour.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.

Qualifications:

-G1 driver's license with a clean abstract

-Licensed plumber in the province of Ontario.

-Licensed backflow tester certificate (this is beneficial not a requirement)

-Licensed gas fitter G3 or G2 (this is beneficial not a requirement)

-Experience with plumbing service, residential installations, water treatment, renovations, with some commercial experience as well.

-Strong work ethic with and keen attention to detail

-Professional, high quality performance no matter how large or small the task.

-Organized, with good written and verbal communication skills.

-Comfortable using various phone applications, google calendar, gmail, asana.

-Working at heights certification--

-WHMIS training

-Ability to complete installations with top quality workmanship and professionalism.

-Able to Keep work sites clean and organized

-Able to order materials for site delivery to arrive as required
